With a fast-paced life, full of responsibility, Ahmad maintains his health and fitness through constant mental motivation. As one of GamePlan’s first advocates (and models) we caught up with Ahmad to ask why he uses GamePlan™, and how he keeps the momentum moving forward.

GP: What’s your biggest piece of advice to anyone looking get going?

 
Ahmad: The importance of mental health. Taking care of your body isn’t enough. Athletes thrive when both mind and body are in sync, and so does everyone else. Remember, health is wealth. Learn to listen to your body. Decide to make changes when things aren't working. Train your mind to want what's best for you. 

GP: Why are routines so powerful?

Ahmad: Routines eliminate overthinking and help me stay laser-focused on my game(plan). Confidence fuels success. When you believe in your routine you gain confidence in yourself. That’s when you start reaching higher and higher. 

GP: Advice for aspiring athletes?
