Hot Yoga
Sweat Every Day.
Strip Your Skin Never.
Ninety minutes at 105°F, then reformer at lunch, then a walk in the sun. Most cleansers can't handle being used that often. This one is built on Korean hydration-first formulation — so a second wash doesn't cost you your barrier.

The problem was never one hot class. It's that you go back tomorrow. A routine you can only run once a day isn't a routine — it's a compromise.
A Day You Can Actually Wash For
Four touchpoints, no rebound oil, no tightness by 4pm.
Four washes. Skin that still feels like skin. That's the entire formulation brief.
Korean Hydration, Athletic Load
K-beauty treats the barrier as the priority. We built that approach for people who sweat on purpose, daily.
The Label Check
The things you already scan for before you buy.
Three Steps, Mat To Bed
Short enough to run twice in a day, which is the only way it survives a real week.
The Questions We Actually Get
Straight answers, no fine print.
Can I really cleanse twice a day?
That's what it's built for. The cleanser is hydration-first rather than degreasing, so a second wash after a midday class doesn't leave skin tight or trigger the oil rebound you get a few hours after a stripping cleanser.
Should I wash before hot yoga or only after?
Before is worth it if you're coming in with SPF or makeup on — heat drives whatever is sitting on your skin deeper into the pore. After is non-negotiable. If you only do one, do after.
Will it pill under SPF or makeup?
No. The moisturizer is formulated to absorb quickly and layer, so you're not standing in the changing room waiting for it to sink in before you can put anything over it.
I have sensitive or reactive skin. Is this too much?
Everything is fragrance-free, and the routine is deliberately short — three steps, no actives stacked on top of each other. If you're using a prescription treatment or under a dermatologist's care, check with them before adding anything new.
Isn't this a men's sports brand?
It's built for anyone whose skin has to survive daily training. Hot yoga, reformer and marathon sessions put the same load on the barrier that two-a-days do — heat, sweat, friction, sun. The formulation doesn't care which room you sweat in.
How long before I notice a difference?
Results vary. Barrier recovery is cumulative, so give it consistent use across a few weeks rather than judging after one class.
Train Hard. Recover Smarter.
Three steps, twice a day, no tightness in sight.
