Can they really use it twice in one day?

Yes — that's what it's designed for. The cleanser is hydrating rather than stripping, so using it after PE and again after practice won't leave skin tight or overproducing oil the way a harsh acne wash would.

There's no sink in the locker room. Does that matter?

A tap and thirty seconds is all it takes, and most locker rooms have that even when the showers don't work. If yours doesn't, doing it the moment they get home still beats waiting until bedtime.

Is it safe for a 13-year-old?
